I am a born and raised 7th generation Texan and 3rd generation photographer. My grandfather was the original photographer for the Dallas Cowboys in 1960 and spent several seasons traveling with the team. My father was an accomplished photographer in his own as well as a businessman. He turned his passion for photography into one of the largest commercial photography labs in the United States in the 1970s and 80s before taking private the world's largest stock photography agency, The Image Bank.

Having grown up in Dallas and being surrounded by photography, I was confident that I would never become a professional photographer. Like many before me, I failed at not becoming a photographer. Although I had shot photography from a young age, I never expected to do it professionally.

It wasn't until we sold the family business that I started to shoot professionally and found my passion. I thought I was going to become a real estate agent. Instead, I took on the position of Director of Photography & Digital Media for the Sotheby's International Realty in Dallas, Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. After more than two years at Sotheby's International Realty, creating the systems and processes still in use today, I decided to venture out on my own.

I'm proud that as of today that my work has been featured in over 100 magazines worldwide and humbled by the opportunity of a lifetime to travel the world taking photos. I have seen some of the most amazing homes in the world, and I know how fortunate I am to do what I love and share my passion with the world through my lens.
